本系統為企業資源管理平台，提供報價、發票、送貨、採購及客戶管理功能。This system is an enterprise management platform for quotations, invoices, deliveries, purchases and customer management.
用戶須妥善保管登入憑證，並對其帳戶內的所有活動負貴。管理員有權批准、停用或移除用戶帳戶。Users must safeguard login credentials and are responsible for all activity within their account. Administrators may approve, deactivate or remove accounts.
適用於本系統的訂閱及服務費用依雙方簽署的協議而定。所有發票以港幣（HKD）結算，除非另有訂明。Subscription and service fees are governed by the signed agreement. Invoices are settled in HKD unless otherwise specified.
在法律允許的範圍內，本公司對因使用本系統而造成的間接或附帶損失不承擔責任。To the extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the system.
本條款受香港法律管轄，並以此為解釋依據。These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
我們收集帳戶資料（姓名、電郵、公司）、客戶與交易資料，以及使用日誌，僅為提供服務之用。We collect account data (name, email, company), customer and transaction records, and usage logs solely to provide the service.
資料用於系統運作、計費、審計追蹤及服務改善。Data is used for system operation, billing, audit trails and service improvement.
資料會在合約期內保留，並在合理期間後安全刪除。Data is retained for the contract term and securely deleted after a reasonable period.
我們遵守香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第486章）的資料保障原則。We comply with the Data Protection Principles under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
我們採用角色權限控制、租戶隔離及審計日誌保護資料。We protect data with role-based access control, tenant isolation and audit logging.
